Twitter Guidelines & Trends in 2012

In May, The L.A. Times reported on a Bitly study that indicated the optimum time frames for social engagement on Facebook and Twitter. Social Media Marketing firm Buddy Media has recently expanded on these guidelines, according to Mashable.

Among the mistakes many marketers make, according to Buddy Media, is the lack of hashtags or images and not directly request re-tweets.
